swimming benefits


we have alot of swimming benefits like the body shape and strenghth and this have rules and they are very important and they are:

  1. practice hard

just like that (practice hard) to have a perfect body and muscles and i showed you at the last post the benefits for mascular areas in the body that are strenthen by specific swimming styles either (crol,back,breast,dolphin)

Another way of the benefits of swimming is getting a medal by making the rule..... if u are a swimmer you obvesley want a medal and at the first post i said how coasts the medal.
