in the last post i talked about the benefits of swimming and rewards and rules but in this post i will talk about the main swimming style and the fastest and most important in the races and it goes from 50 meters to 1500 meters and it is free style and i mentioned it in the last post and here is something to remember:► 3:28 

Free style needs challenge and muscles and long lung capacity and good muscles to resist to the end of an 800 meters or 1500 meters and if you made a good record in a long distance swimming you are chosen by your club to go to a place were there is an open spaces and safe areas like red sea or Mediterranean sea and the most famous place is the munch sea and it is 30 kilometers.

you have to work on certain muscles to be a free style swimmer:       these are for all strokes......

another way to say freestyle is (Front Crawl).
focus on the green and grey areas in the body and these are for free style and all other strokes!
